Our pretty villa n°8 can accommodate up to 7 people for a memorable vacation in Porto-Pollo.

Its 7 beds (2 double rooms, and 1 triple room with single beds for children) are perfectly distributed in the heart of a generous 95m² space. 2 bathrooms, 2 separate WCs and a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen complete the high standard of this rental villa.

Its perfect position on the roof of the Capriona residence offers unrivalled views of the sea. When designing this high-end villa, we wanted to create a feeling of absolute calm and perfect privacy for our tenants. The challenge has been met thanks to a contemporary architecture that gives pride of place to large, uncluttered spaces delicately planted with greenery. From the sofa in your living room, the sea stretches as far as the eye can see. With the lively beach of Porto-Pollo below you, you’re suspended in a bubble of well-being that nothing can spoil.

The superb 47m² terrace is perfectly laid out for enjoying every moment of the day in a dream setting. From tables, lounges and outdoor sofas to deckchairs and electric griddles, nothing is left to chance.
